CLiC 2009 Spring Workshop Scholarship Application

The Colorado Library Consortium (CLiC) is pleased to offer the following assistance to twenty four people to attend one of our spring workshops: full 2 day conference registration (a $70 value)

Please fill out the form below and submit. (please make sure you fill out all fields) Recipients will be chosen based on their personal statement of interest.
