WIMBA INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT: A new window will open up and the Room ID field should already have clic_train# in it so just type your name in the Name Field. . The audio will start immediately and you will need to manually start the slides by clicking the Archive start button in the upper right corner.

1. Is your Computer Ready?
First, walk through the Setup Wizard. You can do this at anytime and once you have run it, you will not have to run it for future webinars.

You will need speakers or a headset to listen to the audio portion of the webinar
You will be offered a chance to run the wizard again. If you have already run it, click on the small link that bypasses the wizard.

2. Problems?

Webjunction (our Vendor for LiveSpace) has an excellent LiveSpace FAQ page that will answer many technical problems and can direct you to further more in depth documentation.

ADOBE CONNECT INSTRUCTIONS

If you have problems using the above Adobe Connect links, please run the Adobe Connection Test.
