All attendees will receive a certificate stating that they have earned 16 hrs of CE credit for full attendance.

The University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center has forms for people who attended the conference to apply the hours towards graduate credit at UCD for $50.00.  Those who want 1 graduate credit from UCD for attending should download the UCD continuing education PDF and send it to UCD.
