Richard Cline currently works as an Instructional Technologist at the Utah Education Network located in Salt Lake City, Utah. For the past eight years Richard has been marketing Pioneer, Utah’s Online Library statewide in the K-12 schools, public libraries, and colleges and universities. He has been an innovator in his efforts to collaborate with the Pioneer partners to market online databases. Richard received a Master’s and Ph.D. Degree in the field of Instructional Technology from Utah State University. Prior to graduate school, Richard worked at the United States Senate Computer Center in Washington, DC as an instructional designer.
