AspenCat Con ’26

AspenCat Conference 2026

Our Annual AspenCat Conference (ACon) is IN PERSON this year and will be held on September 30th and October 1st, located at The Space in South Denver

An in person conference allows for more content, a wider variety of topics, and interactions that cannot be recreated online.  This remains a FREE event that is covered by membership fees.

ACon will focus on interactive elements, practical information, and how you’ll be able to bring all of that knowledge back to your library.

You can register at https://clicweb.info/2026AspenCatCon.  Below you will find the agenda, hotel information, and information on travel stipends to help mitigate costs.

Attendees driving over 50 miles to attend ACon are invited to apply for a travel stipend to help mitigate travel costs.  The AspenCat team understands travel is expensive and are committed to helping those who do not live near the conference to attend.  Anyone who accepts a stipend will be asked to do a short (5 minutes or less) presentation about something cool happening their library, whether it is AspenCat related or not.  These presentations help make the conference a more fun and engaging space.  Applications will be considered on a first come first serve basis until the stipend budget runs out.

Reimbursements
