CLiC is committed to providing opportunities for professional growth through personalized training across all our service areas – for example, AspenCat and Colleague on Call. On a larger scale, Talent Development events such as Virtual Winter Workshop are offered every year and focused on the needs of rural library staff from all types of libraries.
Our Talent Development Consultant works side by side with the CLiC team to ensure trainings and events are designed to meet the needs of library staff across the state. The TD Consultant creates processes, systems and frameworks that enhance training and content to create dynamic learning environments.
