2026 CLiC Virtual Winter Workshop – Call for Presenters

We’d love to have you present at the 2026 CLiC Virtual Winter Workshop. You can choose to propose a full session (45 minutes which includes Q&A) or a microlearning session (15 minutes which includes Q&A). Submission deadline is Sunday, October 19, 2025 @ 11:59 pm.   • This is the primary contact for any communication from CLiC if there is more than one presenter.

  • Is there something you are passionate about and want to share, but only want to present for a few minutes? Then this is the option for you. Microlearning is small, manageable size chunks of learning that allow for the audience to absorb a topic quickly and easily. These sessions will be 15 minutes, which includes presentation and Q&A.
  • For presentations with ONE co-presenter, please list their name, organization and email address below. For presentations with MORE THAN ONE co-presenter, please list “Panel” in the field below.
  • Maximum 60 Characters
  • Please describe what attendees will learn at your session. Proofread carefully. Description may be edited depending on space constraints of marketing materials. Maximum 750 Characters.

Talent Development from home – 2026 Virtual Winter Workshop

Virtual Winter Workshop is a time to come together; to learn, share and celebrate! (insert read more tag on TD featured post only) Some topics are unique, and some are universal. Sharing experiences and learning is what Virtual Winter Workshop is all about.  Content crafted specifically for rural library staff, plus the convenience of online access— all for just $25!

Workshop Dates – February 4-5, 2026.

  • Wednesday, 2/4, 1 – 5 pm MST | Welcome and opening remarks with Jim Duncan, followed by energizing & inspiring sessions.
  • Thursday, 2/5, 9 – 3 pm MST | 6 concurrent sessions across five time slots.

CLiC Virtual Winter Workshop is a chance to connect with your peers from across Colorado – folks in rural and small libraries, from the mountains to the prairies.  The hallmark of CLiC Virtual Winter Workshop is practical content geared for rural communities.  And of course, mixing work and play for FUN.
